Back in September 2020 I delegated to council in support of extending the downtown patios for a few weeks. I spent my own money and ran a raffle contest to have folks fill out a quick survey, and put the results on a map. Based on the 200 responses I “showed” council that the downtown dining district brought in families from all corners and every ward of the city.
